What We Treat

Chaya Spigelman, MS, PA

General Psychiatry Expert

Chaya is a Physician Assistant who provides straightforward, judgment-free psychiatric care for men dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, or burnout. Her approach is calm, practical, and focused on helping people feel better and function better — without pressure, complexity, or stigma.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Art History from Yeshiva University in Manhattan, worked as an Emergency Medical Technician in Maryland and New York, and later completed her Physician Assistant training at the Towson University/CCBC Essex collaborative program.

Chaya began her career as a critical care PA in a community hospital ICU before transitioning into psychiatry in 2020. Her clinical work is grounded in strong medical training, clear communication, and a genuine respect for each patient’s privacy and lived experience.

Today, she works collaboratively with Dr. Julie Brownley to provide evidence-based medication management for adults. She treats a full range of psychiatric concerns — with particular experience in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress-related symptoms — and offers care that is discreet, approachable, and tailored to real life. She is licensed to practice in Maryland, DC, Virginia and New York.
